deepikawahi Posted January 4, 2013 Report Posted January 4, 2013 Hi, My husband joined MNC in 2007 as a Senior Manager in India. He came to US after 7 months. He is eligible for EB1 if he completes one year outside of USA. If he completes remaning 5 year outside of US then will he be eligible for EB1. My questions is, One year stay needs to be continous or it can be spread out. Any immediate response will be apprecidated. Thanks in Advance !!
