Prady13 Posted January 4, 2013 Report Share Posted January 4, 2013 Hi My L1B visa is expiring on 15th Feb 2013, same day my spouse' visa L2 and his EAD is also expiring. My company is applying for our visa extension. I know I can continue working during L1b extension. My question is can my spouse continue working while our visa extension is filled? Link to comment
Attorney_23 Posted January 4, 2013 Report Share Posted January 4, 2013 In general, a person in L2 status must stop working if his/her EAD expires, and cannot resume working until a new EAD is issued. Link to comment
