stlkrishna
I do have a valid H1B till 2014. I am working with a client XYZ from last 2 years. Last year, the client moved their office from one location to different location in the same city (couple of miles far from old location). Only street and building numbers are different. City and ZIP code are same as old. I am planning for H1B stamping in canada later this month or next month. When I carry the client letter, it contains client's new address which will be different when compared to LCA/I-129. Do I need file for H1B amendament with updated client location information? Also, Do I need to apply for update of LCA and I-129? Thanks, Krishna Link to comment
kvenka2
According to the amendment laws, if the client location is moved , you dont need amendment in visa if its less than 30 miles from old to new location. Check the USCIS website and have a printout if necessary by the time you have your appointment. Link to comment
