one_student
Hi Thanks for reading my post and replying. I am working for one company. They sponsored my H1B visa. It is approved. I am still on OPT. My H1b will be effective from October 1st. I am really having tough time with my supervisor. I decided to quit this job. Recently I came to know that, I got permission for 17 month stem extension. I want to apply for that. If I resign my current job and apply for OPT extension, will it be a problem in the future for applying HIB visa and current status? My student visa will be expiring by November 30th. And OPT will be expiring by August 31st. Is it a problem, if I want to quit this job, and look for other one on OPT. Can I stay here after expiration of F-1, even If I get my OPT extension? I appreciate your suggestions and time Thanks student one Link to comment
