medojipavan Posted January 3, 2013 Report Posted January 3, 2013 Hi, My H1B has started on October 2012. My employer forgot to run my November payroll, which has to be run in December. Staff who has to take care of payroll section were on Christmas vacation and some how they missed to run it. Actually I have realized little late and asked my employer about it. He said that he will be running two month payrolls in Jan and he also said that he can change the dates. I am planning to go for stamping in Feb 2013. Please let me know If it is an issue?
