H1B Amendment - Client is changing the location

My client is changing the location from city A to B in a same state. Around 20 miles. Do I need to file H1B amendment ?

and if yes, what is a grace period ?

=> You don't need to do anything. Your employer will do the needful if it requires. The most you can do that you can email your post to your employer and have the records to show that you were aware about the H1b guidelines. Still in doubt, review everything with an immigration attorney and make sure everything in your H1b is as per law. If you find any irregularities, get better employer.

I am not changing a client. But client is physically relocating. In that case does my old LCA still valid Or do I need to file H1B -amendment.
