ArunJAD Posted January 3, 2013 Report Posted January 3, 2013 My client is changing the location from city A to B in a same state. Around 20 miles. Do I need to file H1B amendment ? and if yes, what is a grace period ?

The most you can do that you can email your post to your employer and have the records to show that you were aware about the H1b guidelines. Still in doubt, review everything with an immigration attorney and make sure everything in your H1b is as per law. If you find any irregularities, get better employer.
