Got response from USCIS after Visa Expired

Hi,

I went to visa stamping in feb,2012 and i got an update just a week back saying intent to revoke.

And my visa has expired in Dec,2012.

Even if USCIS is willing to approve me is there a chance for me to go to US with same case.

You need a valid visa to enter into US.

Because of pending case status my 10 months got wasted and my visa expired.

My question is will they give me those 10 months visa validity if they approve with same case.

No, Your new VISA will expire on the date your current 797 expires.
