EAD/AP ComboCard recieved & after 1 week I 512L paper doc recieved for just my spouse

Hi Friends,

I need a small help in understanding the below.

Myself and my wife recieved 1st EAD+AP combo card for 2012-13.

As its expiring in mar 2013 ,we applied for a renewal and recieved 2nd EAD+AP combo card till mar 2014.

After 1-2 weeks (ie. today) my wife recieved another set of paper documents I 512L (2 documents) and it says approved.

So questions are -

1.Is it an issue to recieve EAD+AP combo card & again I 1512L paper approval documents?

2.I 1512 L is just recieved for my wife and i didnot recieve it,do i need to contact USCIS?

3.Is it enough if we just show EAD+AP combo card or does my wife has to show both EAD+AP &I151 2L?

4.Can i travel just with EAD+AP combo card and show it at port of entry?Are there any other documents that i need to show apart from this card?
