H1B Booked Appointment Lost Visa Receipt

I have booked my appointment after paying at Axis Bank in India a month ago. Only today I found out that my folks lost MRV Receipt in India. I have the fingerprinting on 30th Dec and Appointment on 7th Jan. In the Appointment confirmation page, I am seeing MRV Fee Receipts printed. Can someone please guide me with the following questions:

1. Will the Axis bank be able to issue the copy again if I show them the appointment confirmation page ?

2. Is this a must for fingerprint appointments also ?

3. Or I can pay the fees again and use the same appointment schedule by showing that I lost the old one ?

You have to call Stanley customer service and ask them what to do.

In my case, I paid the fee using NEFT and I dont recall anyone asking for a fee receipt. All they asked for was the appointment confirmation page and the DS-160 Bar code page. I dont think you need a receipt, but your case is a bit diferent because you used Axis bank. But calling Stanley will clear up the confusion on whether you actually need a receipt.
