Need to stay in Ottawa from Jan 23rd to Jan 29th

I have a Visa interview on 24th January at 9:45AM.

Please let me know which Hotel or Motel is good to stay and near to embassy also what is the best way to go to the downtown(motel) from Ottawa Airport.

Nearest hotel is Econolodge, Econo Lodge, 475 Rideau Street, Ottawa, ON K1N 5Z3, Canada(15mins walking) from consulate. I am still working on commute from airport to hotel. Let me know if you find something. I have my appointment(H1-B) on 17th Jan.

I've scheduled my visa appointment @Ottawa on Jan 22, 2013. seems like your planning for the same week. I'm not sure how you are planning to travel there & stay. I'll be driving to Ottawa from PA.
