Is H1 Amendment needed if we change the Client / Location?

I employer applied H1 with XX client, when the H1 was under process , I have changed the client to YY with new approved LCA.

Now I am working with YY client. My wife is going for H4 stamping in India. Do I need a amendment for my new client.?

My employer says LCA is sufficient.

Please advice.
