H4 Visa Interview waiver - H4 Dependent

WHile scheduling appointment for my dependents, There is checklist to identify for "INTERVIEW WAIVER PROGRAM “DROPBOX” CHECKLIST"

We have got an answer "Yes" for the questions expect the following:

• If I am applying for an H or L (individual) visa, my prior visa in the same classification with the same petitioner is still valid or expired within the last 12 months. Note: L (Blanket) visa does not qualify.
  

I am the primary applicant on H1B and currently in US (I have done H1 Transfer and got a new petitioner), My wife is in India and he has valid visa with my previous employer.

Now she is going to stamping to renew her visa with the new employer. Should the answer to the above question is "Yes" or "No".

I got confised becase, my wife (on H4) is not H individual.
