kumarsrmt
Hello Friends, I had valid H1-B stamping untill 2015 April through company A, because of my personal reasons I was panning to switch to employer B. If I go to India on vacation in the month of May 2013 do i need to go for visa stamping again with new i-797 sponsor by employer B. Please do let me know your Inputs. Thanks Link to comment
shandan
As far as I know, you do not have to, just carry the COS approved I-797 with you at the POE. Link to comment
wiweq
No need of new visa stamping in your case. Link to comment
