H1-B Stamping is still required after changing employer from A to B.

Hello Friends,

I had valid H1-B stamping untill 2015 April through company A, because of my personal reasons I was panning to switch to employer B. If I go to India on vacation in the month of May 2013 do i need to go for visa stamping again with new i-797 sponsor by employer B.

As far as I know, you do not have to, just carry the COS approved I-797 with you at the POE.

Yes. At the POE all you need is a VALID VISA, which you have already.
