Hello friends,

I am looking for H1B job sponsor in Mechanical industry in 2013, right now in USA from India for 1.5 year. Possible to get H1B job from Mechanical engineering employer?

I read in one article. For H1B sponsorship a candidate should have minimum 12 points by considering education & the professional experience. Do I need to get evaluated before applying for H1B? If yes is there any unit where I need to start the process?

I am on J1 VISA currently.

I came to know thru sources that I need to get US equivalent degree with Evaluation Creditial Service unit, I need to it.What else I need to make ready if an employer is ready to support sponsor H1B?

When people would start applying for H1B jobs in the H1B fiscal year?
