susandy
Hi all, I am new to this form, it would be deeply appreciated if someone could assist me. I filed H1 in 2008, due to recession the company which filed me was closed, later I haven't appeared for any interview in US consulate. Now my company was trying to file B1 for me, but my previous company was closed and was in blacklist, i dont want to include it in my resume while filing B1. will there be any cross check with my resume( H1B in 2008) with the current B1 by chance while appearing for interview. Thanks, susandy. Link to comment

Thanks, susandy. Since they have already filed you H1, your information will be recorded and if you hide any info during the interview, your visa may be rejected. Never lie during the interview Link to comment
susandy
I am not lying here, as I am not in a position to provide the supported documents I am not including my previous company in my resume. Does that make sense. Link to comment

Does that make sense. I understand. But even if you hide some information that might cause trouble. Since USCIS has that information, it would be helpful to you if you just mention it. Though you have some valid reason for that, VO doesn't believe you since you have hidden some facts about your previous US immigration status. Link to comment
