sunny841
Hi, I am in my seventh year of H1B. My PERM is in BALCA appeal (EB3) and company is confident that it will be denied. It moved to BALCA in Sep 2012. I am now on yearly extensions beyond 6 years. I want to switch employer. How can I go about this? Regards, Sanjay Link to comment
Attorney_22
Technically, you can use the pending appeal to obtain an H1B with a new employer. However, this is a complicated issue and therefore it is advisable to speak directly with a qualified U.S. immigration attorney prior to proceeding. The Murthy Law Firm has very well-regarded H1B and Green Card Departments with extensive experience who would be able to provide you with excellent assistance. Please feel free to call our office to schedule a consultation with one of our attorneys. Link to comment
