H1 transfer in 7th year with PERM in BALCA

Hi,

I am in my seventh year of H1B. My PERM is in BALCA appeal (EB3) and company is confident that it will be denied. It moved to BALCA in Sep 2012. I am now on yearly extensions beyond 6 years.

I want to switch employer. How can I go about this?

Technically, you can use the pending appeal to obtain an H1B with a new employer.
