221G - H1B amended petition has not filed with USCIS

I got 221-G white color slip at chennai counslate few days ago.

I was asked H1B transfer memo to USCIS and could not have one at the time of interview. Later i figured out that was H1B amended petition with USCIS.

My case description:

My H1B approved based on client A work location and purchase order. Meanwhile i moved to client B's location which is different from client A's location and has not filed H1B amended petition with USCIS though new LCA filed with client B's address and approved the same.

Is anyone on the smiliar sitution? What kind of the solution we can provide to counslate?

Kindly provide me suggestions..
