Shewta Posted December 21, 2012 Report Share Posted December 21, 2012 I have my H1B valid till sept 2013 , I need to go to India in April for my brothers wedding , what are the possibilties of the visa getting stamped for the remaing 5 months. My Green card process has not yet started for after my sept I plan to go back on H4 Are there any chances of the visa getting rejected or will hey just issue the visa for the respective petition period.
