Can I work for multiple clients through same employer (H1B)

Hi,

Company XX holds my H1B and I'm working on a project for client A through same employer XX. My H1B petition and LCA have client A on it.

Now, Can I work for another client B, at different location on evenings and weekends through same employer XX and get a consolidated paycheck... ?

If yes, Do I need to amend my H1B with new client B or just an amended LCA is required ?
