My employer filed for PERM in sep 2011 and it went to 'Aduit' and finally got rejected. Reason being the the newspaper used for advertisting. I live in austin and the usage of 'Austin statesman' was challenged. The application was re- appealed and got rejected. In order to retain the PD, the application was further appealed. Mean while my employer filed for an another PERM.. with different job responsibilities, but same title/designation and it got rejected,reason being - duplicate PERM. I'm in a very dicey situation and not sure what are the possible options.Please guide me. Link to comment
