Hi ,

My company applied for H1B extension on 12 July'12 along with my wife's H4 ext.

But an independent organisation filed my wife's fresh H1B in June'12. Now her fresh H1B got approved and my H1B ext got an RFE on 11 Dec'12. I am yet to receive RFE questions though just curious what could have happened and shall I reply RFE with premium processing now.
