MatrixFan Posted December 20, 2012 Report Posted December 20, 2012 Hi all, I know all the questions were regular, still i want to post my interview to boost confidence whom ever will be going for visa stamping. VO'S were same through out this week, we went like 6 people and every one were successfull, 3 on dec 17 and 2 on 18th and 1 on 20th. Some VO's were asking more details and more documents and some were asking just Client letter and LCA, no matter what every one will get visa if you have proper documentation. Very very imp: Address on client letter and LCA should match, if not you must show related documents and convince. My exp: ME: Good morning Office, with a smile and gave passport and i797 VO: GM VO: Do you have a client. ME: gave client letter VO: How long have you been working with your client ME: 25 months VO: How long have been working with employer ME: 27 months VO: What were you doing in those 2 months ME: in opt and going through training. VO: Where is your Labour certificate VO: whats your salary ME: my current (offcourse paystubs may not match with lca salary) was xxxxxx VO: Whats your cilent location ME: XXX, he verified with my client letter. VO: So you did master in xxxx town, i have been there and it was very small town and i didnt know that univ exists their. ME: gave MS diploma and told bush recently visited for convocation. VO: who is your previous employer ME: i was working with same employer since begining. VO: your visa is approved ME: HAPPY holidays :) :) In my case mostly he gone through ds160 form on his computer and verified the locations, salary and master degree details. etc. In my fnds case they asked all the documents, visa was approved with out problems. Hopefully this might help some one.
