L1B from UK

My Name is Srinivas siddireddi. I Studied my Masters in UK and after completion of studies I joined in a US based company as a Java Developer. I finished 2 years+ working with this company.

My UK is visa is expiring on Feb 28th, and im not able to get a Tier 2 / Tier 1 in UK. So, I explained the situation to my Director in US. She is Willing to process L1B for me. I already have a Business visa to US with M (Multiple entires) which expires on September 2013. I already travelled to US for client meeting and lived there 4 weeks.

My Question is: When L1B is in processing can i travel to US with my Business visa??

Please provide a answer.
