For client change my company has filed a H1 amendment (17th OCt), the result have not come yet. I would like to know as to what are the chances of my visa getting approved and how long does the amendment process take in normal processing. Link to comment

mane Posted December 21, 2012 Report Share Posted December 21, 2012 I had the same case, but my company auttorney got the approval in a week. Unfortunately I had an interview scheduled a day before we found that my office location is wrong and we filed amendment one day before. Now VO has given me 221g yellow slip for administrative processing and told me it could take couple of weeks. My interview was on 10th Dec and I work FT Link to comment
