Current Client Name & Location different than one in LCA

Hi,

My LCA has client name as A and location as Waukegan, IL. But my current client is B and location is Oak Brook, IL. Though Waukegan & Oak Brook are within 50 miles, but client names are different. Do I need to get a new LCA because Client Name has changed?

Fifty miles may make it a different metro area. Your employer's attorney should have done all of the necessary paperwork when you changed locations and clients.
