H1B Transfer after appointment scheduled with previous employer

I have schedule an appointment already with all documents from my old employer. Which means I have already submitted my DS160.

But now I am changing my job, so can I take documents from new company and go for visa interview on same dates?

I believe that obviously means, creating new DS form, but does it mean get a new appointment? or I still have same appointment but with my new DS? Does current online system allows me to do that?

Also this transfer of H1 and getting new documents and taking these documents for stamping will work at all?

Any help would be appreciated.
