H1b stamping London, UK

Hello all,

I am an indian, currently working in UK on work permit. I have an approved h1b with the same company and planning to go to stamping at London consulate.

Below are more details about my case:

1.I am in UK for past 6 months and have work permit validity for another 6-7 months.

2. I have a approved h1b with the same company with validity remaining till 7 more months.

3. My company is a reputed Indian MNC

Due to tight time lines, I am planing to go for stamping here in UK itself rather than going from home country.

Can you please let me know if it is a safe option or not??

I advise to go for stamping in India, one of my friend went in London for H1B stamping but got administrative preocessing 8 months back, still not cleared. Again it might vary by case by case, use your best judgement and read more forums before you make a decision
