Me: good morning VO: good morning how long you have been working for this employer Me: xx months VO: do you have a end client Me: yes VO: can I see your LCA and client letter Me: as per hr policy they are not supposed provide client letter but I have a email from my client manager. And gave both email and lca. VO: how long u have been working with client Me: xx months Vo: so which client you have been working before that. Me: xxxx at xxxx location. VO: does your client pay you on bench. Me : yes he does. VO: have you ever been on bench ? Me: NO Vo: what is your pay Me: xxxx per year He started typing for 2-3 minutes. Then said your visa is approved if you have any questions you can connect this numbers. They were around 5-6 people before me for h1b visa . Everyone got approved. Link to comment

I don't have a client letter i have taken visa interview appointment in Jan . what i have seen is few people's case they have emailed to Their HR asking for more clarifications. And its really not a good sign if they do so . have you seen any one getting 221G. Link to comment
