H1 B Transfer pending change in the client location

Hi Gurus,

Can you guys help me on my issue

Recently i have applied transfer my H1 B from company A to company B with Pre processing(during this transfer my company,client location,repsonsiblities,designation,wage got changed)

While H1 B transfer is in pending with company B,At this time my client location got changed from 'X' state to 'Y' state(client is same) with company B

My questions are here:

1) Before h1b transfer completed with Company B,can i work at new location 'Y' state,instead of old location 'X' state?

2) if i can work at 'Y' state location,which one i need to apply for new LCA or H1 B amedment process (at 'Y' state my client,resonponsibilities,designation are same,wage is different)?

Please help me on this
