raghureddy242 Posted December 17, 2012 Report Posted December 17, 2012 Hi, I have my stamping in Jan 3rd week in Vancouver. I have been working with present client XXX from last 1 1/2 yrs, and I have approved H1B in October. The client name got changed this month to YYY, but the address remains same, and all the paper work/agreement between vendors still remains same as XXX. My Manager agrees to give both client letter with YYY, and an another letter saying the client name got changed from XXX to YYY. Is this is fine? or I should take any other supporting documents, Any help is appreciated. Thanks
H-won Posted December 17, 2012 Report Posted December 17, 2012 It is not sufficient, you have to carry ammendment copy, i was in the same situation one month back..Ask the ammendment copy from your client. If you are not aware of this talk to your clients attorney, they can help u.
raghureddy242 Posted December 18, 2012 Author Report Posted December 18, 2012 Hi H-won, do you mean H1B amendment? or a amendment copy from client? I did not get that clearly. My Manager said he can give letter saying client name got changed from XXX to YYY on dated [ I need to give him some template]... . as my Client location did n't changed, my employer said no need of H1B ammendment. Can you email me in detail to raghureddy242@gmail.com
