L1 Extension Current Scenario

Hi

I had few queries and wanted to check if someone can update on the same

1.Current status on L1 extension, is the scenario with over 90% rejection.

2.How many after getting a denial one can stay in US

3.Whats the SLA to respond once you get a RFE

I have applied for L1 extension in November, I am getting my I94 expiring in Janaury so any information provided shall be appreciated

90% rejection? I am not sure where you are getting this number, but I can assure you this is not the case. Have the petition prepared by an experienced attorney!

In general, if an extension is denied, the person must leave as soon as the current I94 expires (or immediately, if the I94 expired while the extension was pending.)

Hi

 

I wanted to update and check that its been exactly 2 months since I have responded on RFE and USCIS recieved the docs on 11th April and as per the online update they shall respond within 60 days which means we crossed the barrier yesterday.

My concern is I have not yet recieved the response and its been 5 months since my I94 expired and 6 months from my wife.Should we wait for the decision and can we still continue with our I 94 expiration or should we plan to go back.

Also is there a limit and  whats the limit post I94 expiration one can wait in light of pending decision
