I have a H1B renewal stamping appt abroad coming up soon and was recently arrested and plead guilty to disorderly conduct (violation). I completed comm service and have a date to come back to court to verify the service was done

1) What documents do I need to provide the visa office in relation to the offence? Someone said that I need to get the "certificate of disposition" document for visa stamping interview, I do not have this and cant get this in time. The visa website said they require "court documents" I have a document the court gave me after the case - shows case details and offence number

- Will the visa office be able to contact the court to get details?

- What happens if they need this document for the visa stamping?

2) What will I need to show to get past immigration to get back into the usa?

3) Is it safe to travel internationally at this time?

Any advice is appreciated.
