user779 Posted December 16, 2012 Report Posted December 16, 2012 Have H1B visa restamp scheduled very soon and was arrested and plead guilty to a violation (disorderly conduct) 1) What documents do I need from court for the H1b visa stamping? I have a slip from the court case but I heard someone said I need "certificate of disposition". It does not specifically ask for this on visa website, it does say though it needs "court records" - If I cannot get this document before my visa stamping what then? Can I have it posted internationally or can visa office contact the court for my case details? 2) How likely am I to get my H1b renewal approved? 3) How long of a hold up will the arrest details cause? 4) Will I need the certificate of disposition document to get in to the usa again past immigration? 5) Should I not travel internationally at this time?
