H1 to F2 to H1

Hi,

I'm planning to go to India for my wedding. I got H1 approved but didn't get stamped yet. I lost my job this month. I dont have enough time to find new one and go for stamping.

My fiancee is on OPT and is working now. Can I come back on F2 and apply for H1 again? How much time does it take for F2 to get approved? Once i'm back and get H1 approved, should I wait till October to start working or can I start right away?
