H1b Amendment without client letter

Hi,

I need to go for visa stamping but before this i need to H1b Amendment as i changed the client after H1b got approved.Do you see any issues if i do H1 b Amendment without client letter.what about duration if it gets apporved..will it be same or it will change? Please help

I got my amendment done without any issues.My end date remained same.

Hi, I have my visa stamp valid this 2014 sept. I am working with this client since 2 yrs, but decided to move to another question but little bit worried about amendment. I know that my employer has to file amendment whenever their is a material change. But do we need client letter for amendment? people say that processing time is like 3 to 4 months, so can I work during this processing time??what if we don't get the client letter??

I have done amendment without client letter.i did amendment in premium which got approved in 3 days without any queries.But end date remained the same.

Did you do it before changing the client or after after the client?? Because we have bunch of positions open at our clients location, but one I am looking for that client says he will provide me the client letter after one month. So is it fine if I file amendment after one month??

Yes u can do it.But make sure it is done before stamping
