t75 Posted December 15, 2012 Report Posted December 15, 2012 Yes Why would you not believe your employer? He is responsible for RFE so what difference does it make to you?

Vasu2012 Posted December 17, 2012 Author Report Posted December 17, 2012 Basically USCIS is denying the petition for lack of proof of specialty occupation. Specialty occupation means that the job requires at least a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. It is a common way for USCIS to deny a case. In this case they are saying there is no evidence candidate qualifies for a specialty occupation and may not have the required skills and degree required for such work. As such, they are denying the petition for lack of concrete evidence. I did 4 yrs in IT industry I am Btech degree holder in Computer science .. is my case good for MTR ... please let me know

You are working in the same field of you study and still USCIS couldn't find proof of specialty occupation??
