Unable to edit passport number for an existing visa appointment at Canada!!!

Hi All,

While I see the site allows me to edit information like receipt number, receipt date etc.. it does not let me edit the passport number. What do I do now? Does this mean, I have to pay the money for the appointment again? Please advice.

i faced the same issue and got resolved it yesterday.. send a mail to the US cosulate team in Canada, with the old inforamtion ( info you neeed to update) and the new one. they will help you .. it is fast and my issues got resolved.

Yes generally they won't allow the passport number, as they will it as the main reference number for your applicaiton.

How can We change h1b receipt date after scheduled an appoint appointment. My biggest worry is my interview date. I can't effort to miss it.

If possible, can u provide steps to update it?

Just to let you guys know..I was able to get my passport number changed by emailing infoatatusvisa-info.com :)
