DS-160 form question

Hi ,

I did my masters in USA and 2008 passed out.I worked on 1099(not w 2) for 2 months on OPT.

Now I am filling DS-160 form for my H1b so can I enter 1099 form employer information on DS-160 for previous employment?

Please suggest me.

I also worked on 1099 for 5 months when i was in OPT, I have my visa appointment scheduled for next month. So should i fill up 1099 employer information in my previous work experience?
