H1B Visa Stamping without experience letter from previous employer

I am planning for my first H1B Visa stamping in India next month.

I am now a FT employee of a mid-size US firm.

I worked as a contractor for a few months before and my employer is not willing to give me experience letter for that period.

Is it ok if I don’t have experience letter and show my paystubs as a proof of my previous experience? Or is it mandatory?

Don't worry since you are FT....You will get the stamping with your eyes closed.

Make sure to have the tax returns of your company since you said its a small company.

Tax returns are what they need to asses the financial strength of the company.
