What should i have to mention on DS 160 form on Q: Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry? Do I have to say Yes or No to this question. Please guys help me on this Bunch of thanks in advance

Else answer no
uppalas Posted December 13, 2012 Report Posted December 13, 2012 Your answer should be NO because H1b denial is not visa denial. Both are different. Visa denial is only if you attend the visa interview and get refusal from VO. H1b denial is just your petition for h1b was denied. Thanks - Samrat
