H1B Amendment end date query

I got h1 amended petition approved today but end date is 2013 , whereas in earlier regular h1b petition for same employer, it was 2015, based on i-140 approval copy. I have visa stamping on dec 28th, please advise, can end date on h1 amend petition 2013 is a mistake, or i need to file another h1 petition to correct end date . Can visa office ask why your amended petition is for 1year and regular h1 petition is for 3 years for same employer. please advise.

While scheduling visa stamping, DS-160 has regular h1 petition no. and not amended h1 petition no.
