H1B from Non Profit Organization group of Hospitals.

I am working for a client in OH and they willing to transfer my H1B and file GC as well they have never done H1B in the past there are 10K employess working here. It is a Non Profit Org with a group of Hospitals i am an IT guy and they never done H1B transfer or NEW H1B in the past they are making an exception in my case.

will this work or cause any issues.
