Concurrent I-140/I-485 filing and Travel to India

I am on L1-A and am about to file I-140/I-485 for concurrently processing. Do I need to apply for EAD and Adv. Parole if I should travel to India after filing?

When I travel to India I need to go for consulate interview and stamping as my visa was extended/status changed a few months back.

I want to ensure that I can travel to India and return without any stamping or port of entry issues due to the filing of I-140/I-485. Please advice.
