JoeF Posted December 13, 2012 Report Posted December 13, 2012 You will have to watch the news. It may or may not happen at all. It is a formal process which takes some time. Patience is always advised.
catx Posted December 13, 2012 Report Posted December 13, 2012 I have been posting news and updates on this topic that have been reported on another very good immigration news feed (web site) in the SPECIAL TOPICS > Legislation forum > "H-4 Employment Authorization Proposed Rule - Positive News Update" topic. I just submitted a detailed update, which should be posted later today, on H-4 spouse eligibility and the rule-making process and steps, time line and time frame.
