Change in client - Amedemant needs to be filed?

Hi All,

I filed for my H1 extension (7th yr based on I 140) on Sep 2012 in PREMIUM with VSC. I got RFE which we answered and received by USCIS on Oct 25. We haven't heard back from them yet.

Now in between I changed my client recently. So do I need to file H1 Amendement or do I need to wait till it gets approved for filing amedement or I need not do any amedement and take my chances with Visa stamping?

Please suggest.

You cannot amend a petition which is under process.
