vandec20 Posted December 11, 2012 Report Posted December 11, 2012 I have my visa appointment scheduled in early next week @ Vancouver. My client gave me the verification letter, but they won't respond to the emails from the consulate. I am thinking to take an email printout from my client saying that "As per the company policy, we can't respond to emails from consulate?". Is there any problem if I give this printout and vendor letter if VO says further verification required or in case of any 221G?. My vendor can respond to any emails from consulate. Does anyone know if client won't reply to those emails (from consulate) , what kind of decision that consulate people can take? Thanks in advance.
uppalas Posted December 12, 2012 Report Posted December 12, 2012 If you don't give the client letter, then how can VO/consulate direct their questions to your client manager without his contact details. VO/consulate will shoot the questions only to those who issues a letter to you. Your idea of email printout is okay and any other email communications at your client place also would work to some extent. When asked for a client letter, explain him about your client policy and show your related email copies.
