laskan2k
Say if i enter the US on 1st March 2010 and leave the US on 15th May 2011, Do i need to include both the arrival date, departure date and the days in between in the max out calculation? Or i just have to calculate the difference of dates? Please clarify. Link to comment
onemoresuggestion
Yes , its always the period of stay in the USA that counts, though you might have been approved for longer time. Each date counts Link to comment
Attorney_10
Generally, any day (even partial day) that an H1B holder is in the United States counts as a full day towards the 6 year limit. Full (24 hours) days abroad do not count towards the maximum limit. Link to comment
