Question please Posted December 11, 2012 Report Share Posted December 11, 2012 Hello My name on the passport was FNU, XX YY which is how it came on the I-797 approval. I got a new passport with the updated corrected name- XX YY. How can I get the I-797 corrected? How much time does a name amendment normally take? Also, how much amount does it take to get the name amended on the I-797? Any suggestions/help will be highly appreciated. Thanks Pareshaan :( Link to comment
