MSC receipt and 1-130 process

I sent my mother I-130 application to AZ lockbox facility. I received a email today with the receipt number MSC****** and it says the case has been transferred to National Benefit Center.

1. I can't check the status online using MSC** number provided in the email. It says that the case no not found.

Forum pls reply. I am waiting for the actual receipt copy by post............

It generally takes a day before you can search the case after you receive the email/SMS.
