Wife's H-4 under admin processing, should I go for H-1B stamping

I am FTE for supply chain company (F1 to H1), my wife applied for H-4 in Novemebr and got 221g yellow. so, my question is if I go for H-1b stamping then what are the chances for me to get it done successfully.

Better contact any immigration attorney on this, they can help you. My suggestion is not to go for visa until you get some update on the 221g. We don't know the proper reason for the 221g and cannot say what are the chances if you go for H1 stamping.

Really it is very pain. hopefully it will be resolved soon.

@rrr2008 - Thanks for the support. Yes, it is painful.

I have talked to attroney and looks like potential issue for 221g could be F-2 visa denial in the past but still never know what is the exact reason.

Is there any one who got 22-g because of previous denials? and how long usuallt it takes in such cases to get resolved

It is time to pay back.

Number appeared on VFS site on : 27th December

Passport submitted on : 28th December

Passport collected with stamp on : 4th January (received email to collect the passport)

For all who has H-4b 221g without any documents asked or documents submitted, wait for at least 2 months and keep faith in God. You will get it.

I know this time is really tough but believe in God and keep praying. Dont get panic. It will go through
